Established in 1999, Direction Recruitment was the vision of Keith and Sharon Priestley. With a long standing background in the recruitment industry, it was their aim to establish Direction Recruitment as a well respected, small professional agency with the emphasis on developing trusted business relationships and providing consistently high standards of service. We remain an active independent agency operating in Leicester and the surrounding counties and as a smaller privately run agency we have the flexibility to be able to offer a more consultancy based approach to recruitment, tailoring our service to our clients individual requirements.
